Do you haul the old concrete away, or just break it up?
We do both. We break out the concrete, load it, and haul it off in our own trucks, so you don't need a dumpster or a disposal run. We leave the site swept and clean.
What is Dexpan, and can I buy it from you?
Dexpan is a non explosive expansive grout. You drill holes in the concrete or rock, pour the Dexpan slurry in, and it expands and cracks the material apart. There's no blasting, no vibration, no flying debris, and almost no noise. We use it on our own demolition jobs, and yes, you can buy Dexpan from us for your own project. Can you demolish concrete right next to a building or indoors?
Yes. That's exactly where Dexpan and our quieter methods earn their keep. Because there's no blasting or heavy pounding, we can break concrete and rock in basements, tight side yards, and spots close to walls and utilities without shaking the structure or filling the air with dust.
How much does removal cost, and do you charge to come look?

Usually overnight. You drill holes on a spacing we'll help you plan, pour in the mixed Dexpan, and it expands and cracks the concrete or rock over the next several hours, with no blasting and almost no noise.
